HOW WE HELP

HOW WE HELP // MINISTRY MODEL

Addiction Recovery Support and Assistance

We offer support to families of loved ones affected by addiction including advice and financial assistance to ease the burden and help your loved one into and through the recovery process.  We act as an independent guide and are focused on the family.  We are a non-profit organization and accept donations from individuals and the community to help fund candidates.  We do not receive any financial compensation in any way from recovery organizations nor do we receive any payment from candidates or their families for our support and advice.  We especially partner with recovery organizations that focus on long term sustainability and affirmation of the recovery program graduate’s independence from addiction.

Career Counseling and Job Placement

In order to overcome the potential for despair that so often leads to relapse, graduates need a sustainable and meaningful future following recovery.  Nothing can be more demoralizing than recovery without a solid and sustainable plan and at AIM, we counsel families and their graduates through the process of sustainability, including career development.  AIM is continuously seeking partnerships with local recovery organizations, community leaders and businesses to form apprenticeships and expanded career choices for graduates of recovery programs.  A compelling future significantly increases the likelihood for independence from addiction.

Addiction Prevention and Independence Awareness

The best way to ensure Independence from addiction is preventing it at its source.  At AIM, we partner with organizations focused on prevention to deliver the uplifting message of addiction independence.  Graduates we have supported through programs provide their witness and testimonials to the promising hope for prevention for those at risk in our community and independence for those struggling with addiction.  If you would like a member of our team to speak to your group or organization, please contact us.

freedom for the captives  and release from darkness for the prisoners."
